MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. 

Kayla Logan, 33, of Marion was arrested for Reckless Driving, Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding Police Officers and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on July 23, 2024, in the area of West DeYoung.

Ricky Lantrip, 48, of Cambria was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration on July 17, 2024, in the area East Main Street and DeYoung Street.

Bobby Owen, 46, of Benton was arrested for Domestic Battery, Threatening a Public Official and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on July 19, 2024, in the 1400 block of North State Street.

Hayley Koelz, 31, of Johnston City was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on July 20, 2024.

Misty Copher, 46, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Aggravated Battery in a Public Place on July 21, 2024, in the 2600 block of West Main Street.

Stephanie Garland, 36, of Carbondale was arrested for Domestic Battery and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on July 21, 2024, in the 1300 block of North Russell Street.
