CARMI – The Carmi Chamber of Commerce says all businesses/organizations in Carmi are invited to decorate their storefronts and/or windows in Carmi-White County colors – in the theme of their choosing – especially for the homecoming parade on Friday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m.

One business will win the coveted Spirit Stick presented by the CWCHS Maroon Platoon and Student Council, and of course bragging rights for the year.

All you need to do is submit a completed entry form to the Chamber by Tuesday, Oct 1.

Entries will be judged by the CWC Maroon Platoon & Student Council on the day of the parade.

There will be an on-parade route winner and off-the-parade route winner.

Winners will be announced sometime after the Homecoming Parade on social media, during the Homecoming game that same evening, and press releases will also be sent out to local news outlets.

Every participating business/organization will be recognized on social media and pictures of their decorated storefronts shared as well.
