The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office says around 5:30 Thursday afternoon, deputies carried out a search warrant at Eric W. Gillihan’s home in the 2600 block Michael Lane in Marion. Gillihan was standing at the edge of the road in front of his house. He was arrested without incident.

Deputies searched Gillihan and found several Clonazepam pills. He was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Gillihan was booked into the Williamson County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance along with three outstanding warrants for Delivery of Controlled Substance, and an unrelated but outstanding arrest warrant for Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle.

Gillihan sold illegal narcotics to undercover deputies at his home on Jan. 23, 24 and 29 of this year.
