BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024.
10-21-24 James L. Bock, age 59, of West Frankfort was arrested for domestic battery, resisting a Peace Officer, possession of firearm ammunition without a valid FOID card, three counts of possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card and defacing identification marks on a firearm.
10-23-24 Stephanie R. Ghent, age 38, of Benton was arrested for driving while license suspended and issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-23-24 Jody D. Greenawald, age 60, of Benton was arrested for driving while license suspended and issued a traffic citation for failure to signal when required.
10-23-24 Ashley L. Schram, age 36, of Orient was arrested for aggravated battery.
10-23-24 Steven L. Finley, age 32, of Thompsonville was issued traffic citations for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.
10-25-24 Jordan M. Kalinsky, age 26, of Herrin was arrested for obstructing a Peace Officer, resisting a Peace Officer and unlawful possession of cannabis.
10-26-24 Sommer M. Rodenbreg, age 25, of Tilden, IL, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at an intersection.
10-27-24 Ricky L. Kerrigan, age 44, of Mulkeytown was arrested for disorderly conduct.
10-27-24 Cassie R. Mayo, age 41, of West Frankfort was arrested for battery.
10-27-24 Dylan L. Morris, age 30, of West Frankfort was arrested for two counts of aggravated battery to a Correctional Officer and two counts of criminal damage to government supported property.

10-23-24 Jayaris A. Powell, age 22, of Benton. Failure to appear for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
10-23-24 Justin V. Korff, age 42, of Benton. Violation of an order of protection.
10-24-24 Dylan J. Ortner, age 26, of Whittington. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-25-24 Dakota A. Burford, age 32, of Carterville. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
10-26-24 Noah M. Wilkins, age 23, of Benton. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-27-24 Charles D. Scott, age 35, of Marion. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
