It's Warrant Wednesday in Franklin County

BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024.

Twenty-nine-year-old Steven R. Binkley is wanted out of Franklin County for wire fraud. He was last known to be living in the Galatia area.

Forty-three-year-old Aaron B. Mandrell is wanted out of Franklin County for domestic battery. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.

Forty-three-year-old Sarah R. Millsap is wanted out of Franklin County for obstructing identification. She was last known to be living in the Willisville, IL area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
