MCLEANSBORO – Jackie Leon Ingram, age 75, of McLeansboro, passed away 2:07 a.m., Thursday, August 29, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Jack was born April 16, 1949, in McLeansboro to his parents, Paul Ingram and Lena (Gaither) Ingram. He married Dona Jean (Sneed) on October 5, 1985, in McLeansboro.

Early in his career, Jack was an over the road trucker for Van Ward Trucking and RoDan Trucking. In his later career, he was a county highway worker and was employed by the County Highway Department. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, as well as horses, and was an accomplished farrier, but above all loved spending quality time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Dona Ingram, McLeansboro; son, Kenneth Ingram, wife Bethany, Macedonia; daughter, Andrea Stocke, Enfield; daughter, Kriste Ingram, Springerton; daughter, Cindy Horacek, husband Ray, McLeansboro; daughter, Kathy Brookman, husband Brent, Bluford; daughter, Donetta Hosick, husband Derek, Norris City; son Donnie Lueke, companion Sonya, Thackary; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sister, Patsy Millenbine, McLeansboro; sister Connie McMahon, husband Gary, McLeansboro; brother, Franklin, wife Linda, Freelandville, IN; brother Darrel Ingram, wife Terri, Tennessee; sister-in-law, Brenda Ingram, Norris City; brother, Benjamin Ingram, Arizona; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Preceding Jack in death are his parents, Paul and Lena Ingram; brothers, Rick and Carl Ingram; and brother-in-law, Carroll Millenbine.

Graveside Services will be held at noon Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Crouch Cemetery, with Pastor Danny Dennis officiating the service.

The Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro is in charge of arrangements.
