CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police learned Sunday that two people reported missing since July 25 were found safe and in good health by officers in a nearby community.

Police say 45-year-old James Garner and his friend, 30-year-old Kala Hutchison, were last seen together in the 200 block of East Sycamore in Carbondale on July 25. It was believed they were together and possibly in the Marion area.

Police thank the public for their help in finding Garner and Hutchison.
