HARRISBURG – The Saline County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an assault that occurred on the bike path between Liberty Road and Ledford Road Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office says the suspect is described as a black male in his late teens to early 20’s. He was wearing a dark shirt, long shorts, and pink shoes. 

If anyone has seen a subject matching this description on the bike path between Poplar Street and Carrier Mills between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., please contact the Sheriff’s Office at 618-252-8661.
