UPDATE 7:56 a.m.: Illinois State Police say traffic is back to normal on southbound I-57 near the Sesser exit following this morning’s semi rollover crash.

ORIGINAL STORY

FRANKLIN COUNTY – Illinois State Police responded to a semi rollover on southbound I-57 south of Illinois 154 in Franklin County just before 5 Wednesday morning.

ISP says the semi was pulling a trailer. The semi driver and passenger were injured.

Traffic is being diverted at the Sesser exit until the semi can be removed.
