WEST FRANKFORT – Connie Lynn Moake, 68, of West Frankfort, Illinois, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, in her residence at 1:10 p.m.

Connie was born on March 21, 1956, to Carl and Nadine (Meanovich) McReynolds.  She was a member of First Christian Church in West Frankfort. She loved to go camping and fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Connie is survived by her husband Terry Moake; step-sons Jeff (Stephanie) Moake, John (Dawn) Moake, and Jim (Anna Marie) Moake; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in the East Fork Cemetery in West Frankfort with Pastor T.J. Gentry officiating. Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. prior to the graveside service at Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Illinois.
