CARMI – There will be two planned power outages for customers served by the City of Carmi Tuesday.

The first will be at 8:30 a.m. and will last one hour. The second will be at noon. It will also last an hour.

The power outages will affect Burrell’s Woods, County Road 1000 East, County Road 1475 North, James Avenue, the 700 through 800 blocks of 9th Street, the 800 block of South Summit, the 800 block of Maple Street, 900 West Sycamore to 1350 West Sycamore Street, Foley Drive, West, Drive, Burrell Street, Marguerite Street, Valter Drive, Bob Martin Drive, the north side of the 1200 block and 1300 block of Gilpin Street, Lagoon Drive, the west side of the 100 block of Lexington Avenue, the west side of Schumaker, Illinois Street, 1032 to 1310 Stewart Street, and 1500 Oak Street to 931 Illinois Hwy. 14.
