Monday Night Crash in Carbondale Sends Four to Local Hospital

CARBONDALE – The Carbondale Police and Fire Departments responded to a single-vehicle, rollover crash around 9:40 Monday night in the 1700 block of East Main Street.

When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had left the roadway, crashed through a guardrail and rolled over down an embankment. Three adults and one child were inside the vehicle. They were all taken by ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale for serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

Police say no other vehicles have been identified as being involved with this crash. No citations have been issued at this time.
